Shipping charges are calculated based on the postal code of every recipient, the exact shipping weight and the type of delivery chosen; they apply to each parcel.

Yes you can, but for all products that are delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all custom fees as well as export fees.

In order to benefit from our free shipping, your order must fulfill the following conditions:

  • The delivery address must be within Canada.
  • The total amount of the order must be equal or greater than $150 before taxes.
  • The free shipping offer only applies to Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service. Shipping fees apply to the XpressPost service.
  • This special offer does not apply orders that were placed over the telephone, even if the total exceeds $150 before taxes.

Yes, you can choose different addresses for each item. You can do this easily by choosing one of the addresses you’ve entered when you sign up. Note: If you wish to order several copies of the same item, you cannot have them shipped to more than one address. If you wish to ship the items to several addresses, you must place the orders one at a time.

A defective electronic item such as a power bank charger must be returned within thirty (30) days of its reception and will be replaced with a functional one. Doing Good.ca will deliver the same item in working order to you and shall cover the shipping fees as well as assume the risks.

For items that were damaged during shipping: you must check the item in order to insure that it was not damaged during shipping. In the case where the item was damaged during the shipping, please put the item back into the original packaging and return to sender. It that case, the package will be returned to Doing Good.ca. If the package is damaged, refuse its reception.

Upon receiving the returned items, all amounts withdrawn from your credit card for doinggood.ca with respect to the products, except for the shipping fees, will be credited as quickly as possible, under the condition that the products associated with the return and shipped back by you and received by doinggood.ca in the same condition as when they were shipped and received by you.

You must cover the shipping fees and the inherent risks for a returned item. For items that are not defective, we do not accept returns if the item has been removed from the package.

You have up to ten (10) days from its reception to return a product to doinggood.ca for either a refund or an exchange. When you return an item, you must include the invoice and a note that details the reason behind the return.

Due to the fast shipping process, you can only cancel your order within 30 minutes of ordering.

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

It’s been more than 5 days since I have ordered.

On rare occasions or in remote areas there sometimes might be a delay. Doing Good unfortunately has no influence on this. If the announced shipping times are exceeded significantly, please contact us at contact@doinggood.ca with your order number.

Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam – if you don´t receive an email, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact us at contact@doinggood.ca to check whether we received your order.

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day (if the item is in stock and does not have to be ordered).

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the secure procedure.

For in stock items the standard shipping time within Canada will take 2 – 5 days after your shipment will leave our warehouse. The deadline for same day shipping is 2 pm Pacific Time.

We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard and by PayPal.

Doing Good offers free shipping within Canada for orders over $150.00 and a flat fee shipping rate for $9.99 for orders under $150.00

To order an item, you must first login after having created an account and place the item in your bag. In the bag, click on the button “Confirm your Order to go to the next step.

1.Shipping the order

You must identify the location (shipping address) where the shipment will be sent or select one of the address that you have defined in your account. If none of the ordered items is in stock, you must choose between the different shipping options; bundled or separately. Click on the button Proceed to Payment or on the Proceed to Payment link to go to the next step.

2.Payment

You must first select your method of payment (credit card or Paypal).

The purchaser agrees to pay to the seller the taxes based upon the address where the order will be shipped. An order to be sent to the U.S.A. is thus, not taxed. For an order shipped in Canada, the taxes depend upon the province; for example, for Quebec, the added taxes are QST (Quebec Sales Tax) and the GST (Goods & Services Taxes).

The indicated shipping & handling fees are those that are related to a single shipment. Therefore, if you order includes articles that are not yet available, you have the option of waiting for all to be available or have them shipped separately, based upon the availability of individual items. If you select the second option, shipping & handling fees will be charged for each shipment.

You need to remove each item individually.

Click Remove located directly next the product’s image or enter zero in the quantities box. Once you click Adjust, the item will disappear from your bag.

You can modify the quantity by entering the specific number in quantities box. Then just click Adjust and your total amount will change.

Adding items is easy. Just click the Add to cart button found beside most products.

The shopping bag is exactly the same as any shopping experience, except it’s all done online. It allows you to browse products and put them on hold until you’re ready to purchase them. The shopping cart will also add your total costs.
